Kelly Cunningham

Kelly can do (and does) a little of everything at VLG, from slaving away over font choices, to UX strategy work, to jumping into whatever conversation is going on at the whiteboard. She’s always ready to dip her toes into another project and cannonball into wherever she’s needed.

Kelly graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. And though she loves to put the final visual touches on a project, it’s the challenge of making complex problems simple that keeps her coming back for more.

When she’s not making the digital world an easier territory to navigate, Kelly goes back to her artsy roots. Any free time she has is spent with a pencil or paintbrush in hand. Once the snow hits, though, you’re more likely to find her on her couch with a good book and a cup of tea. After moving to Iowa from Alabama, she’s not sad about leaving the humidity behind for the crisp(er) Iowa air—save for a dozen or so summer days (yeah, an Iowan who talks up the weather in our state… as long as you don’t mention the winter).
