We’re almost a week in to 2017, and a lot of us are reflecting on 2016 and looking for tweaks we can make in our lives to be closer to who we want to be in the coming year.

I know I’m not the only one who has noticed that we, as humans, tend to experience more joy when we stop thinking about ourselves so darn much and start looking outward to see how we can add a little sunlight to someone else’s day.

Visual Logic’s culture revolves around values (4 of “The 5 i’s”) that are directed outwardly: ideas (the least others-focused, but necessary for an innovation company), interaction, inquisitive, investment, and initiative (pitching in for the sake of others).

In keeping with our values, we’ve begun 2017 meditating on how we can up the ante for our client experience standards.

Here’s some of the things we’ve come up with:

Exemplify the “Getting Naked” philosophy
